Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates
• Assist with HR compliance and documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior internship or project experience in HR (a plus)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
