About the Role
Keep Going Athletics is looking for a driven and creative Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day brand growth and work closely with our Director of Partnerships & Chief Marketing Officer. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing apparel company early, contribute to real campaigns, and build meaningful experience across design, content creation, and brand strategy.
Responsibilities
• Ideate and create graphics, posts, and content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and email marketing.
• Assist with website updates and digital design projects.
• Support marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies for new product drops.
• Contribute to creative direction, brand storytelling, and new initiatives.
• Help manage and grow the brand’s ambassador and athlete programs.
• Edit videos, create reels/short-form clips, and develop basic motion content.
• Collaborate with the team to execute consistent, on-brand messaging.
Qualifications
• Experience with social media content creation and posting.
• Proficiency in Canva, with bonus points for graphic design skills.
• Ability to edit videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Interest in marketing, branding, design, or the apparel/fitness space.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Ideal for someone looking to gain real-world experience and grow with a mission-driven brand.
• Open to college students majoring in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.
