About The Role
The Digital Operations & Innovation Intern will support our Digital team in building, testing, and optimizing healthcare-focused digital experiences. This role is designed for a curious, detail-oriented student interested in how digital strategy, technology, and marketing intersect within a highly regulated healthcare environment. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to digital project management, analytics, emerging AI tools, and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities will vary based on team needs and intern interests, with the opportunity to build depth in one or two focus areas over the course of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
• Support digital project management activities, including task tracking and team coordination
• Research and evaluate emerging AI and SaaS tools to support workflow efficiency and innovation
• Assist with basic analytics and reporting using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Support light technical tasks, such as HTML/CSS updates for emails or digital banner assets
• Perform QA/QC testing across browsers and devices to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance
• Assist with UX research activities, including competitive reviews, user journeys, and basic wireframes
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, UX/UI, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and interest in technical problem-solving
• Hands-on experience with basic HTML and CSS, including the ability to make simple updates to existing digital assets such as emails, landing pages, banners, or web content.
• Comfortable learning new tools and platforms
• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS, analytics platforms, or design tools (Figma/Adobe XD) is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
