Internship: Private Equity / Operations – Pure Water Service Group
Pure Water Service Group is seeking a highly motivated summer intern to work directly with the President on high-impact initiatives across our growing platform of water treatment businesses.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to private equity in a lean, execution-focused environment. The intern will support a range of activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, marketing, operational initiatives, and the integration of AI tools across portfolio companies.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities
• Support due diligence and transaction execution
• Contribute to marketing and growth initiatives
• Work on operational improvement projects within portfolio companies
• Help identify and implement AI-driven tools and workflows
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High initiative and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in private equity, entrepreneurship, or operations
• Clear communicator with attention to detail
Program Details:
• Duration: 6–10 weeks (flexible start and timing)
• Structure: Primarily remote, with periodic in-person team sessions in Denver
Preferred Qualifications:
• Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
