Role 
As an Executive Assistant Intern to the Founder/CEO and COO, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, communications, and organizational initiatives across the company. This internship is designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience working directly with executive leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.
You will assist with administrative coordination, meeting organization, and internal communications while gaining exposure to business operations, leadership, and project management.
This is an unpaid internship.


Responsibilities 
• Assist the Founder/CEO and COO in managing daily agendas, priorities, and schedules
• Prepare executives for meetings by organizing agendas, documents, notes, and relevant materials
• Assist with calendar management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, reminders, and speaking engagements
• Help track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Support coordination of travel arrangements and logistics when needed
• Draft, review, and organize communications on behalf of the Founder/CEO and COO
• Help maintain company records, files, and operational documents
• Support task tracking using our task management tools
• Help organize and maintain executive project boards and follow up on assigned tasks
• Provide general administrative and operational support across teams
• Assist with special projects and research assignments as needed

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to track deadlines and follow through on assignments proactively
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using multiple digital tools and technologies
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to anticipate needs and make thoughtful suggestions
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of Google Suite
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp and Read.Ai is a plus
• Strong willingness to self-learn and grow professionally
