2026 Summer Internship Opportunity for Local College Students and Recent Graduates

Ready to launch your career in the sports industry? The Atlanta Gladiators are looking for organized, motivated, and hardworking local college students and recent college graduates to join our Partnership Activation Internship Program for the summer of 2026 (off-season). This hands-on opportunity offers valuable experience in professional sports and helps build a strong foundation for your future career. Our internship program provides real-world exposure to maintaining partner relationships, sponsorship inventory, and business development. Please note that this is an unpaid internship.

Position Duties

• Compile all items needed from sponsors to fulfill contractual obligations (in-game activations, photos, videos, logos, etc.)
• Track and report on sold vs. unsold sponsorship inventory
• Assist in developing sponsorship sales materials (digital decks and presentations)
• Fulfill deliverables related to executed sponsorship deals
• Contribute to end-of-season sponsorship recaps
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team


Requirements

• Comfortable working under pressure and in high-energy, time-sensitive situations
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Must be capable of taking direction with minimal oversight, responding promptly to tasks, and maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor at all times
