Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Preferred) / Hybrid

ABOUT LAVARA


LAVARA is a luxury design house and curated atelier specializing in refined interiors, bespoke furnishings, architectural kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, and collectible home objects. We operate at the intersection of luxury design, lifestyle, and brand storytelling, serving private clients, designers, architects, and developers.
We are seeking a highly creative, digitally fluent Social Media Marketing Intern to work directly with LAVARA’s Head of Marketing in building and executing the company’s social media and digital marketing strategy.


ROLE OVERVIEWThis is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands social media culture, premium brand storytelling, and performance marketing.
The successful candidate will assist in fulfilling LAVARA’s social media marketing requirements across content creation, campaign execution, community management, paid advertising, and brand awareness initiatives.
This is an opportunity to gain real-world experience inside a growing luxury brand while contributing meaningfully to its growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy & Brand Development• Work directly with LAVARA’s Head of Marketing to help define and execute the company’s social media strategy
• Assist in shaping the visual identity, content direction, and overall look and feel of LAVARA’s digital brand presence
• Ensure consistency in brand presentation, tone, and storytelling across all platforms
• Help develop content pillars aligned with LAVARA’s luxury positioning, product offering, and audience strategy
Content Creation & Daily Publishing• Create and coordinate compelling daily content across LAVARA’s social media platforms
• Assist in producing organic-feeling short-form video content, reels, stories, product features, showroom content, and behind-the-scenes material
• Capture and edit content that feels authentic, premium, and aligned with luxury audience expectations
• Write captions and supporting copy that align with LAVARA’s brand voice
• Maintain and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting cadence
Paid Social Advertising & Campaign Execution• Assist with the setup, management, and optimization of geo-targeted social advertising campaigns
• Help execute awareness campaigns that align with broader marketing objectives
• Support performance-driven campaigns designed to drive traffic to the LAVARA website and generate product purchases
• Work on audience targeting, campaign structuring, creative testing, retargeting, and performance monitoring
• Assist with Meta advertising initiatives across Instagram and Facebook
Community Management & Audience Growth• Monitor and manage engagement across LAVARA’s social media channels
• Respond to comments, direct messages, inquiries, and audience interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
• Support audience growth initiatives through strategic engagement and outreach
• Help build awareness within luxury design, architecture, real estate, and lifestyle communities
Performance Analysis & Optimization• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, audience growth, and conversion activity
• Assist with reporting insights and recommending content or campaign improvements
• Identify what creative formats and messaging perform best
Brand Research & Trend Monitoring• Research competitor brands, luxury marketing trends, emerging content formats, and relevant platform updates
• Bring fresh ideas that keep LAVARA culturally relevant while maintaining premium brand integrity


IDEAL CANDIDATE• Strong interest in luxury interiors, design, lifestyle, fashion, or premium consumer brands
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and social media best practices
• Understanding of paid social advertising, audience targeting, and digital marketing fundamentals
• Comfortable creating and editing video content for modern social platforms
• Strong visual taste and appreciation for premium aesthetics
• Excellent written communication skills
• Organized, proactive, creative, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment


BONUS SKILLS• Experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Using AI to boost performance and sales
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content tools
• Photography / videography skills
• E-commerce marketing exposure
• Understanding of conversion campaigns and retargeting strategy
