AI & Commercial Strategy Intern


Location: Burlington, MA
Schedule: Hybrid - 1-3 days onsite
Hours: M-F 8/9-5 - 40 hours/week


The Commercial Americas & Commercial Excellence team are focusing on enabling AI-driven growth and improved commercial outcomes for Biopharma and Pharma processing customers. As an Intern on this team, you will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of AI, sales strategy, and life sciences. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Data Science to pilot AI initiatives that enhance demand generation, account planning, and value communication.


How You Will Contribute:
• Gain exposure to real-world AI-enabled sales and commercial initiatives within Process Solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business needs into actionable AI experiments.
• Analyze customer and market data to identify high-potential segments and upsell opportunities.
• Support development of value propositions and ROI-backed proposals for pharma and biopharma customers.
• Prepare executive-ready decks and reports for internal stakeholders.


Internship Development Opportunities:
• Learn from experienced professionals in a global life-sciences business unit.
• Build hands-on experience with AI applications in sales, marketing, and account planning.
• Network across Sales, Marketing, and Data Science teams to understand enterprise commercial strategies.
• Develop analytical thinking and business writing skills through project work and mentorship.


Job Requirements:
• Hybrid (1–3 days/week in office).
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Interest in AI, sales strategy, and life sciences markets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Preferred: familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools, and data visualization; knowledge of bioprocessing workflows is a plus.
