Internship Position: Sales & Customer Service Intern
Location: In‑person — Plymouth, MN
Schedule: ~4 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM (flexible within that window), 20 hours weekly.
Duration: June 2026 – December 2026
Compensation: $20 per hour, with academic credit available if applicable.

Overview
This in‑person internship is ideal for a student interested in gaining hands‑on experience in sales, customer service, and optional marketing support. The intern will assist with outbound communication, customer interactions, pricing updates, and administrative tasks that support the sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service Support
• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects for follow‑ups, reminders, or information gathering
• Answer inbound phone calls and route them appropriately
• Update pricing sheets, customer records, and internal databases
• Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and product information
• Maintain CRM accuracy by logging calls, notes, and status updates
• Support daily administrative tasks to keep the sales team organized and efficient
Marketing & Administrative Support (Optional Based on Interest)
• Assist with coordinating marketing materials, updating shared folders
• Support basic market research or competitor tracking
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for promotions or customer engagement
General Office Support
• Organize documents, update spreadsheets, and assist with routine office tasks
• Help prepare materials for meetings or presentations
• Provide support for special projects as assigned
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program
• Strong communication skills and comfort making outbound calls
• Friendly, professional phone presence
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple small tasks
• Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and general office software
• Interest in marketing is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation to Plymouth, MN
