About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to support our Marketing team during a busy summer of content creation, campaigns, and brand initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute ideas, create content, and help manage day-to-day activity across our social channels.
At Natural Delights®, you’ll work on a growing food brand known for our Medjool dates creating content that highlights real ingredients, recipe inspiration, and fresh, engaging ways to connect with our audience.
What You’ll Do
• Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and YouTube
• Capture and edit short-form photo and video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Capture lifestyle content in real-world settings (e.g., grocery stores, at home, or on-the-go) to showcase authentic product moments
• Assist with on-site content capture for shoots, events, or team moments (as needed)
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement; flag trends or opportunities
• Help maintain and organize the content calendar
• Research trends, formats, and creative ideas to keep content relevant
• Track and report on basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth)

What We’re Looking For
• Interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current content trends
• Comfortable capturing and editing content on a smartphone
• Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Positive, proactive, and open to feedback
• Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar scheduling platform
Schedule & Details
• Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week (flexible weekday schedule)
• June through August 20, 2026
• Occasional availability outside standard hours may be needed for content capture
