Internship Description

Location: Primarily Remote (must be based in Dallas, TX)

Schedule: Minimum 25 hours per week

Type: Unpaid Internship

Reports To: Chief of Staff & Regional Sales Directors

Preference will be given to candidates located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, as occasional in-person meeting opportunities may be required.

About Us

Peak Sports MGMT is a third-party multimedia rights and revenue partner for college athletic departments across the country. In partnership with these athletic departments, our team is responsible for driving revenue through corporate partnerships and ticket sales while building strong relationships within the local market. We are building a high-performance sales organization inside college athletics. That means accountability, ownership, disciplined outreach, and a strong focus on revenue production.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations & Administrative Intern to support our leadership team across administrative, operational, and research-related projects. This role is ideal for students interested in sports business, operations, administration, project management, or sales. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience supporting a growing company in the collegiate athletics industry.

What You'll Do

• Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects
• Research prospective university partners and maintain a partnership pipeline database
• Gather and organize market, athletic department, and sponsorship-related information
• Assist with onboarding organization and process documentation
• Maintain CRM records, spreadsheets, and internal databases
• Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow-up items
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business materials
• Assist with information gathering, public records requests, and other research projects as needed


Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university
• Strong organizational, communication, and research skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online research tools


Preferred

• Interest in sports business, business operations, sales, administration, or project management
• Experience with research, administrative support, or data organization
• Familiarity with CRM systems and spreadsheet management
