We are looking for interns who are social media savvy and can help develop a strong media presence, implement data driven social media campaigns, engage target audiences and drive revenue.


This is a part time, unpaid internship. If needed, we can submit a letter to earn college credits.


Role Description This is a part time remote role for Social Media Strategist Interns. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and emerging channels. You will help plan content calendars, draft posts, and coordinate visual assets to support campaigns and community-building initiatives. Daily tasks include monitoring social channels, responding to comments and messages in a professional manner, and tracking engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities. You will conduct research on audience behavior, competitors, and best practices, and collaborate with team members on brainstorming, testing, and refining new social media ideas. The internship includes opportunities for mentorship, feedback, and skill development in digital communication and campaign planning.
Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including familiarity with major social platforms and their features.
• Effective Communication and Public Relations skills, with the ability to represent the brand’s voice clearly, respectfully, and consistently.
• Ability to support Content Strategy, including planning content themes, aligning posts with campaign goals, and understanding target audiences.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through rates) is beneficial.
• Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
• Self-motivated with reliable time management skills, comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating virtually.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated interest in social impact, community building, or wellness-focused initiatives is a plus.
