Role Description
We're looking for an ambitious Growth & Creator Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience helping build the future of influencer marketing.


This is not a traditional social media internship.


You'll help educate brands on influencer marketing, build awareness around the creator economy, and use content as a primary growth channel for nowfluence.


Your role sits at the intersection of:
• Influencer Marketing

You'll work alongside our influencer marketers, creators, and brand partners to help bring campaigns, collaborations, events, and activations to life while building trust and credibility around the nowfluence brand.


You'll also be encouraged to experiment with modern AI tools, automation workflows, and content systems to help us scale our reach efficiently.


Examples of projects you'll work on:
• Creating content that helps brands understand influencer marketing
• Building TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn growth strategies
• Showcasing successful creator campaigns and partnerships
• Supporting local business initiatives, creator activations, and events
• Developing content systems that leverage AI and automation
• Helping position nowfluence as a trusted voice within the creator economy


This is a highly autonomous role with significant ownership and creative freedom collaborating with an internal content editor and influencer marketing team.


Responsibilities
• Help grow nowfluence across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create educational and engaging content around influencer marketing
• Develop growth strategies focused on attracting brands and creators
• Use AI tools and automation platforms to streamline content production
• Collaborate with creators, influencer marketers, and brand partners
• Support campaign launches, activations, events, and partnerships
• Research creator economy trends and emerging opportunities
• Analyze content performance and identify growth opportunities
• Help build trust, credibility, and awareness around the nowfluence platform
