Wingman Planning is on the lookout for a creative and motivated Video Content Intern to join us this summer. This is your chance to help real local businesses grow while building a standout content portfolio. From capturing short-form video to joining live shoots, this internship is hands-on and fast-paced.
Please note this is an unpaid internship.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Attend on-site video shoots at restaurants, service businesses, events, and other client locations.
• Help capture high-quality footage for short-form videos, client campaigns and branded content.
• Edit video clips using tools such as CapCut or similar editing software.
• Help direct clients and team members during shoots.
• Organize video footage and assist with post-production workflows.
• Brainstorm creative video concepts, shot lists, and storytelling ideas.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage during client shoots and Wingman productions.
Ideal Candidate:
• Has a strong interest in videography, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable working with cameras and basic video production equipment.
• Experienced with or eager to learn video editing software.
• Has a creative eye for framing, lighting, pacing, and composition.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a team.
• You have a portfolio, demo reel, or examples of previous video work from personal, professional, or school projects.
