Internship Description

Company Description Five12 Apparel is an outdoor performance brand designed and developed in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in technical gear and accessories for active lifestyles. The team translates everyday life in the region into collections that perform in variable weather and demanding conditions. Moisture-managing fabrics are central to the product line, helping wearers stay dry during high-intensity activity and in wet climates. Collections are thoughtfully designed with the environment in mind, balancing performance, comfort, and sustainability. As a growing brand, Five12 offers opportunities to work closely with a passionate team connected to the outdoors and design.

Role Description The Digital Content Creator is a part-time, hybrid internship role based in Washington state. This intern will support the marketing and creative teams by producing engaging digital content that showcases Five12 Apparel’s products, brand story, and outdoor lifestyle. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming and pitching content ideas, planning social photo and video shoots, capturing behind-the-scenes content, and creating short-form content for social media platforms. The intern will help write and edit captions, create digital ad graphics and ensure that all content aligns with brand voice and visual guidelines. Additional tasks may include basic graphic design support, organizing digital assets, scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with team members on campaigns and product launches. While this role is remote to Washington state, our home-base and physical touch point location is our retail storefront in Sumner, Washington. This space will be utilized for in-person check-ins and product pickup.

• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and openness to feedback and learning.
• Interest in outdoor activities, performance apparel, and environmentally conscious design is highly beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Design, Film, or a related field is preferred but not required.
