About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Intern to join our team. Our ideal candidate enjoys working on simultaneous projects. In this role, you will


Sales Operations
• Support the day-to-day health of our sales pipeline in the CRM -  updating deal stages, contacts, and account information
• Help build and maintain weekly sales reports, forecasting dashboards, and trackers for leadership
• Assist with B2B content strategy including creating copy for LinkedIn posts and newsletters
• Audit rate cards, inventory availability, and media kits to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Document and help streamline internal processes, templates, and playbooks for the sales team utilizing AI tools
• Pull and analyze data on deal velocity, win rates, and category trends to surface insights for the team


Brand Partnerships 
• Conduct research on prospective brand partners, including category trends, competitive activity, and brand priorities
• Help craft custom pitch decks, one-sheets, and proposal materials that bring our audience, content, and capabilities to life
• Support partnerships managers in brainstorming creative concepts for branded content, sponsorships, newsletters, podcasts, social activations, and events
• Assist with the production of Brand Partnership shoots from pre to post production
• Compile post-campaign recap decks ("wrap reports") with performance data, screenshots, and storytelling that demonstrates impact
• Track industry news, ad-tech trends, and emerging formats relevant to our brand partners
• Attend client calls, internal brainstorms, and cross-functional meetings to learn how deals move from prospect to launch


The Internship


• Application Deadline: June 26, 2026
• Term length: September 2026 - December 2026, with the possibility of extension.
• Workplace Type: This is an onsite role based out of our LA office.
• Schedule: A part-time, flexible schedule working 20 - 25 hours per week. 
• Compensation: $17.00 per hour

What you will Bring to the Role


• A genuine passion for entertainment, celebrity and brands shaping culture today
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• High emotional intelligence and a self-starter, positive attitude
• Previous internship or coursework in sales, marketing, advertising, or media
• Exposure to CRM platforms, LinkedIn, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and Mail Chimp preferred
• Comfortable using Google Slides, Canva or similar tools to build presentations
• Excellent interpersonal communication, written, and presentation skills
• Flexibility with evolving workloads and schedule
• A current undergraduate college student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field of study with the ability to demonstrate relevant course work and/or professional/internship experiences.


The expected salary range for this position is $17.00 per hour.
