Located in the heart of University City with a direct connection to 30th Street Station, CYTO is the intersection of Life Sciences.
As an intern, you will answer client inquiries, send initial information, create proposals alongside our management team, detail out events, create timelines, attend BEO meetings, and schedule staff to ensure that each and every meeting exceeds expectations.
Requirements:
• Hospitality experience is a must — restaurant, banquet, or catering backgrounds preferred
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Ability to respond quickly and in real time
• Solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong team-player energy with a drive to grow
• A genuine love of people, events, and science
