Role Description The Website Project Manager internship is a hybrid role based in Miami, FL, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The intern will coordinate website projects from planning through launch, helping define requirements, timelines, and deliverables for updates and new pages. Day-to-day tasks include organizing content, working with designers and developers, tracking progress, and ensuring that site changes align with brand and user experience standards. The role involves maintaining project documentation, monitoring task completion, and communicating status updates to stakeholders. The intern will also assist with quality assurance, basic website testing, and suggesting improvements to site structure, navigation, and content organization.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting requirements, and providing clear status updates.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan tasks, manage timelines, coordinate resources, and keep website initiatives on track.
• Candidates should possess Web Design and Content Management skills to support page layout decisions, update site content, and maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
• Candidates should possess Web Development awareness or basic skills to work effectively with developers, understand technical constraints, and support simple website changes.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, organizational skills, familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar), and an interest in the entertainment or media industry.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant program (e.g., project management, media, communications, design, or IT) is preferred but not required.
