What is the Shikkha Squared Internship Program?
The internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our team across different domains such as content development, marketing, product design, operations, and education research. You will be involved in tasks that directly contribute to our platform’s growth and user experience.
Unlike traditional internships, we believe in empowering our interns with real responsibilities and mentorship to help them build their careers and portfolios.
Who Should Apply?
• University students, recent graduates, or gap-year students eager to learn
• Individuals who can commit 30+ hours per week
• Candidates comfortable with hybrid or remote work based on their projects. We also prefer team work right at the office
• Self-starters who are organized, proactive, and passionate about education and technology
• Duration of 3 months unpaid internship
Internship Areas You Can Explore
• Content Development & Management: Creating study materials, quizzes, and educational scripts and uploading content
• Marketing & Social Media: Running campaigns, managing posts, and analyzing engagement
• Product Design & UI/UX: Assisting in making our platform user-friendly and visually appealing
• Operations & Strategy: Supporting daily business activities and helping strategize growth
