Field InternPennsylvania Republican Party
The Pennsylvania Republican Party is seeking a motivated and dependable Field Intern to support grassroots operations and day-to-day field activities within their assigned region.
Working under the supervision of the Regional Field Director, the Field Intern will gain hands-on experience in political field operations, grassroots organizing, volunteer recruitment, voter contact, and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities• Learn and support the implementation of the MAGA Majority Force Program
• Assist the Regional Field Director in achieving weekly and monthly field goals
• Support volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention efforts
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and other voter contact activities
• Assist with one-on-one volunteer meetings
• Support MAGA Majority Force Team Leader and Member recruitment and confirmation
• Enter daily activity and volunteer metrics into the Campaign Sidekick CRM
• Attend volunteer trainings, campaign events, and stakeholder meetings as assigned
• Maintain frequent communication with the Regional Field Director regarding assigned projects and progress
• Support other field and grassroots organizing activities as needed
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will:
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn grassroots organizing and the MAGA Majority Force Program
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude
• Be able to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple assignments
• Be capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Be available to work occasional evenings and weekends as campaign activities require
