Track 1 — Game Day OperationsYou are the face of USA Tournament Series at your assigned field. In many instances you will be the only person from our organization on site.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the tournament at your assigned field to ensure everything runs smoothly, working 5–6 games per day

• Assist with sponsor and vendor coordination, including signage placement and on-site activation
• Gather feedback from teams, coaches and families to help shape future events
• Help maintain team registration outreach lists and follow-up communications
Ideal background: Coursework or experience in marketing, business, communications or retail; comfort talking with customers; basic familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Express) is a plus.
