We are looking for a Data Analyst or Software Engineer intern to work on wearable health data, time-series modeling, and AI-powered personal health experiences.
You will help build the data and software foundations for turning raw wearable signals into useful, reliable, and personalized insights.
What You’ll Work On
• Process and analyze wearable sensor data such as heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, temperature, activity, and sleep.
• Build clean data pipelines for time-series data ingestion, validation, feature extraction, and visualization.
• Develop dashboards and analysis tools to understand user behavior, sensor quality, trends, and anomalies.
• Train, evaluate, and compare baseline ML models for health-related prediction tasks.
• Support prototyping of AI health-agent experiences grounded in wearable data.
• Work with product, hardware, algorithm, and design teams to turn research ideas into product features.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with data tools such as pandas, NumPy, SQL, or similar.
• Basic understanding of statistics, machine learning, or time-series analysis.
• Ability to write clean, reliable code and communicate findings clearly.
• Curiosity about AI, wearable devices, health data, and consumer product experiences.
• Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
• Experience with PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with sensor data, mobile/wearable apps, health data, or IoT systems.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, data visualization, or backend development.
• Interest in building practical products from research papers.
Role Type
• Paid Internship with conversion oppotunity to early-career full-time role.
• Open to candidates from data science, software engineering, computer science, biomedical engineering, or related backgrounds.
