Role Description The Business Development Specialist intern will support growth initiatives for Elite Forces’ esports and youth programs. This remote internship involves identifying potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators, and assisting with lead generation efforts. The specialist will conduct market research on gaming and esports trends, analyze opportunities, and prepare reports or presentations to inform strategy. Daily tasks include communicating with prospective partners, maintaining contact lists and CRM records, and supporting online outreach campaigns. The role is internship-based, offering hands-on experience in business development within the esports and youth development space, with paid (contract) roles available, as well as revenue-sharing opportunites for investor-
partners.
