About the Internship
The Executive Networking & Leadership Internship is a professional development program designed to bridge the gap between ambitious college students and senior corporate leadership.
Traditional internships often relegate students to administrative tasks or isolated projects. This internship is built differently: it is a structured, hands-on masterclass in executive presence, corporate strategy, and professional relationship-building. Over the program, you will work directly with 60+ Jewish CEOs, founders, partners, and VPs across the NY/NJ region. Through face-to-face mentorship, interactive site visits, and collaborative projects, interns will gain unprecedented, real-world access to decision-makers who are actively looking to invest in the next generation of values-driven leaders.
Key Internship Responsibilities
As an intern in this program, you will complete a rigorous, fast-paced curriculum designed to build your professional toolkit. Your daily responsibilities include:
• Executive Consulting & Site Visits: Attend daily, structured corporate office visits, small-group coffee chats, and private Q&A sessions with senior leaders across New York and New Jersey to analyze diverse business models and corporate environments.
• Industry Sector Analysis: Conduct qualitative deep-dives into various sectors—including Finance, Tech, Real Estate, Entrepreneurship, and Business Operations—to gain absolute career clarity and understand the challenges facing modern industries.
• Professional Skill Mastery: Actively participate in workshops focused on the critical soft skills, advanced networking frameworks, corporate communications, and interviewing strategies required to secure and succeed in high-level roles.
• Strategic Capstone Project: Research, develop, and present a practical strategic project over the course of the two weeks, synthesizing key insights from executive mentors and demonstrating tangible professional value to earn your internship stipend.
Who We Are Looking For
This selective internship is designed for students eager to accelerate their professional growth and build a foundation for long-term leadership. We are looking for:
• Undergraduate Students: Open to all majors, typically targeting rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors.
• Values-Driven Candidates: We welcome students who are motivated by, and interested in, Jewish values, business ethics, community leadership, and social responsibility. Active campus organizational involvement is not required—we value your alignment with these principles, your personal integrity, and your desire to make a positive impact.
• Curious & Self-Motivated Leaders: You don’t just wait for instructions. You are naturally curious, ask insightful questions during executive meetings, and are eager to learn how successful organizations are built.
• Adaptable & Professional: You possess strong situational awareness and can transition seamlessly from formal corporate boardrooms to casual executive mentorship settings.
Internship Benefits & Accommodations
• Housing Provided: Clean, safe, and fully covered accommodations in the NY/NJ area are provided for the entire duration of the internship.
• Financial Compensation: A $500 stipend is paid upon successful completion of the internship and the strategic capstone project.
• Unrivaled Professional Network: Warm, direct connections to 60+ C-suite mentors and a tight-knit cohort of peer interns.
