Internship Description

Indiana Sports Corp provides internship opportunities that immerse students in a professional working environment while introducing them to the not-for-profit industry. Internships are available based on business needs and can include event and volunteer operations; communications; marketing; graphic design; community engagement; sports tourism; business development; and finance. ISC’s fast paced and entrepreneurial working environment offers each intern a rich experience within his/her chosen area; however, interns are exposed to all functional areas of the company to reinforce the important role collaboration plays in a successful company.

Position Overview

The Corporate Partnership Activation Intern will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate partnership fulfillment and activation efforts for Indiana Sports Corp and its premier events. This role will focus on delivering exceptional partner experiences, supporting partnership strategy, and ensuring contractual elements are executed.

This Internship Experience Will Include

• Assisting with corporate partnership activation planning and execution across multiple events
• Supporting partner fulfillment, including tracking deliverables and ensuring contractual obligations are met
• Coordinating partner assets such as signage, promotions, and on-site activations
• Assisting with partner communications and relationship management efforts
• Maintaining and updating partnership tracking systems and databases
• Supporting community sponsorship initiatives tied to events
• Assisting in the creation of sponsorship pitch decks and partnership proposals
• Supporting the development of post-event recap decks highlighting partner ROI and impact
• Conducting prospect research and identifying potential corporate partners to support partnership growth


In addition, this internship provides the opportunity for students to assist with various Indiana Sports Corp projects. Projects include on-site event support, event operations, sponsor activation execution, meeting planning, research projects, administrative tasks, and other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Undergraduate and Graduate Students

Must be currently pursuing or have recently earned a degree from an accredited undergraduate or graduate program

Internship Details

Term: Fall 2026 – September 8, 2026 – December 20, 2026

Schedule: 4-5 days per week (approximately 30-40 hours/week)

Stipend: $2000

Location: On-site - Indianapolis, Indiana. Relocation or housing is not available
