We’re looking for a Recruiting Intern to join Team Delta and support the day-to-day flow of our hiring process in the IT consulting space.
📍 Location: On-Site in Torrance, CA
⏰ Schedule: 35–40 hours per week
💰 Compensation: Paid internship, $17–$22/hour
This is a paid internship with real responsibility, hands-on experience, and exposure to how a high-performing recruiting team operates behind the scenes. For a strong performer, this internship may also lead to an opportunity to join Team Delta in a regular position following the internship, based on performance, business needs, and available openings.
✨ What You’ll Do:
• Post job openings across job boards and platforms
• Communicate with applicants and help guide them through the application process
• Review incoming candidates and assist with shortlisting
• Track candidate activity and ensure timely follow-up by recruiters
• Help keep our pipelines organized, accurate, and up to date

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication, written and verbal
• Proactive and accountable; you follow through
• Interest in recruiting, HR, or operations
• Recently graduated from a 4-year college/university (REQUIRED)
