Fast-Track Permanent Employment Pathway
We cultivate our future engineering & business leaders! Upon completing Stage 1, top-performing interns who exhibit technical mastery, discipline, and strong output are evaluated for full-time employment offers at UR Technology.
Evaluation Criteria: Overall performance, technical/professional skills, attendance, learning ability, discipline, project contribution, and business requirements.
• Such employment, if offered, will be subject to a separate employment/offer letter containing the applicable position, salary, benefits, terms and conditions. Completion of the internship does not guarantee permanent employment.
About The Role
Obsessed with stunning web aesthetics and fluid interactions? The UR Technology Frontend Internship provides a 3 to 6 months deep dive into cutting-edge UI/UX engineering, web vitals optimization, state management, and modern component systems.
Stage 1 — The Internship Accelerator (Duration: 3 - 6 Months): Practical hands-on training building production web interfaces under a Senior Frontend Engineer. Includes bi-weekly progress reviews, 1-on-1 mentorship, and an official Internship Completion Certificate. No stipend.
Stage 2 — Full-Time Permanent Employment Opportunity: Exceptional interns demonstrating high UI precision, fast execution, and great teamwork will be evaluated for full-time Frontend Engineer offers.

What You'll Do
• Translate Figma design mockups into responsive, accessible HTML, CSS, and React components.
• Build dynamic UI components using modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Next.js.
• Style client interfaces with modern CSS architectures (TailwindCSS, Framer Motion animations).
• Optimize web vitals, layout shifts, and cross-browser rendering compatibility.
• Connect frontend interfaces with backend REST APIs.
What We're Looking For
• Pursuing or completed degree in CS, IT, or related web design programs.
• Good command over HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React basics.
• Familiarity with Git and clean code practices.
• Strong aesthetic eye for visual alignment, typography, and user experience.
