Danielle Fenimore


 

Biography

Dr. Fenimore is an assistant professor in the Department of Criminology and Political Science at Texas A&M University, San Antonio. She earmed her PhD from the School of Criminal Justice and Criminology at Texas State University in 2020, and completed her masters and undergraduate degrees in criminal justice and anthropology at Radford University in Virginia. Prior to her appointment at Texas A&M, San Antonio she worked as a research associate at the Police Executive Research Forum in Washington, DC, and, previously, held a post-doctoral research position at the University of Memphis Public Safety Institute. Her research interests generally encompass contemporary issues in policing, focusing specifically on spatiotemporal patterns of crime, crime prevention strategies, and violence.
