Victor Azios
From his early years in Laredo, Texas, Victor’s path into social work too him
through Houston and Boston before putting down roots in San Antonio. With over
40 years of experience in juvenile justice, education, mental health, substance
abuse, foster care, community building, largely through the Annie E. Casey
Foundation, Victor now leads community outreach and family engagement for
Early Matters San Antonio, while serving as our own village elder.
