Biography

 Professor Markham earned his second master’s degree in Public Policy Management from Georgetown University in 2013, following a master’s degree in International Relations from Troy University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Park University. His professional background includes 25 years of service as a Special Agent with the U.S. Department of Defense, Criminal Investigative Service, and the Office of Special Investigations, providing extensive experience in government studies.
