Biography

Dr. Terry W. Howard is a Clinical Assistant Professor and the Coordinator of Testing, Certification, Accreditation, & Compliance at Texas A&M University San Antionio.  Dr. Howard holds both a B.S in Multidisciplinary Science and M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from Texas Tech University as well as a M.A. in Educational Leadership from The University of Texas at the Permian Basin. He also has a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) in Teaching & Learning – Instructional Educational Leadership.   Mr. Howard is entering his 21st year in education. He has taught Biology I Honors, Chemistry I/Honors/AP, and Physics I/AP/College Physics I &II. Dr. Howard has also served as an Elementary Assistant Principal and Principal, Middle School Assistant Principal, High School Academic Director, and a Science/Math Curriculum Coordinator at the District level.
