Dr. Thanuka has over 15 years of teaching experience at various institutions, including the University of Kelaniya in Sri Lanka, Texas Tech University, San Antonio College, and Texas A&M University–San Antonio. She obtained her bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Mathematical Physics from the Department of Physics and Electronics at the University of Kelaniya. She later earned her Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Mathematics at Texas Tech University. Her primary research interests include Control Theory and Computational Fluid Dynamics.
