Richard brings to Early Matters San Antonio more than 20 years of experience empowering non-profit, government, and cross-sector teams to put strategic priorities into action. With a focus on improving the lives of vulnerable populations, his work has leveraged data management and data governance to support the continuous improvement of systems, including collective impact efforts such as the Choice Neighborhood Initiative, as well as agency-specific projects that used improvements in data quality to improve reputation, effectiveness, alignment, and customer satisfaction. Richard is a founding member of the Alamo Regional Data Alliance and serves on the CI:NOW board.
