Biography

Kshinté Brathwaite is a collaborative leader with more than 20 years of experience in community development, youth empowerment, and workforce learning. She is deeply committed to building trusted relationships and uniting partners to create equitable, systemwide solutions that help communities and educators thrive. As Director of Talent Ecosystem Strategy, Kshinté works to strengthen and sustain San Antonio’s early childhood workforce through strategic partnership-building, pathway alignment, and data-driven system design.
