I’m truly thankful for the opportunity to share my passion for teaching and learning with you. Education has been one of my greatest joys for many years, and I’m grateful for the chance to help future professionals grow, discover their potential, and connect academic knowledge with real-world experience.

I’m passionate about helping students bridge the gap between theory and practice. In my classes, we’ll explore how technology, leadership, and risk management come together to shape modern organizations. My goal will be to help you develop the skills and confidence to lead with integrity, innovation, and purpose in today’s digital business world.

I hold a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, with a minor in Human Resource Conflict. I began my academic journey at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where I earned a Master’s and a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems, as well as a Bachelor’s in Accounting. I am a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), which reflects my professional expertise in IT governance, risk management, and audit practices.

I bring more than 20 years of global experience in information systems, audit, and risk management across the telecommunications, financial services, and fintech industries. Currently, I serve as a Senior Lead Auditor at AT&T, where I lead financial and operational audits, mentor audit professionals, and use data analytics to strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.

Before joining AT&T, I held leadership roles with Intercontinental Exchange (ICE)VyStar Credit UnionErnst & Young (EY), and Deutsche Bank. Throughout my career, I’ve managed large-scale IT, operational, and regulatory audits, led risk and compliance initiatives, and implemented solutions to enhance governance and cybersecurity. My experience spans areas such as data analytics, IT governance, financial operations, and KYC/AML compliance, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how technology supports sound business decisions.
