Hello everyone, and welcome! I am originally from the small tropical island of Guam and moved to San Antonio, Texas, in 2009. Prior to teaching, I worked as a software engineer for Hewlett-Packard, Oracle, and the Veterans Administration. Throughout my career, I have held a variety of roles, including Project Manager, Cybersecurity Analyst, and Software Engineer.

I chose to teach at Texas A&M University San Antonio because of my passion for education and interaction with students. I also greatly valued my own experience as a computer science college student during my undergraduate years. My academic journey includes studies at Los Angeles Community College, UCLA, and Occidental College. I later earned my Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.
