Professor Sharma is a faculty member in Finance at Texas A&M University–San Antonio, where he teaches a range of undergraduate and graduate courses. His teaching interests include Banking, Investments, Corporate Finance, Personal Financial Planning, and Portfolio Management. He is deeply committed to student success and experiential learning, mentoring students on projects that apply data-driven insights to business and financial challenges.

Professor Sharma’s research focuses on the integration of econometric modeling, predictive analytics, and financial decision-making to address complex, real-world problems. His primary areas of research interest include asset pricing, machine learning modeling, international finance.

In addition to his teaching and research, Professor Sharma has actively contributed to university service, serving on multiple task forces and committees in both chair and member roles. (See CV for details...)
