My philosophy of education and learning is to provide all students the opportunity to grow academically, personally, and professionally. It is my job to provide students a quality education and provide them with the tools necessary to succeed in life and as a professional educator. I am all about establishing a positive and respectful relationship with my students by being open, honest, trusting, and caring. All students have the ability to learn and the right to quality education. I understand the diverse student backgrounds of the TAMUSA community. I take into consideration the students needs, pressures first-generation, and non-traditional students encounter. Most importantly, I work to establish a relationship with my students that is supportive and meets their needs.
