Dr David Villalobos


Dr. David Carrasco Villalobos is from San Antonio, TX. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a teaching certificate from The University of Texas at Austin in 2001. Beginning his career as a high school math teacher in Austin ISD, he earned his Master of Arts in Math Education from UT Austin in 2006.  After leaving Austin, Texas in 2010, he continued his teaching career in Edgewood ISD in San Antonio, Texas where he would become an instructional math coach in 2016.  He completed his Master of Arts and Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at San Antonio in August of 2020.  In 2020, he was hired as the Math / Science Instructional Coach in South San ISD.  The following year in 2021, he was hired as the Assistant Principal for West Campus High School. In July 2023, he was hired as the Assistant Principal at Brackenridge High School in San Antonio ISD.  He will continue his educational path as a future aspiring principal and superintendent.
