Author, academician and military strategist.  Holder of undergraduate degree and three Master’s, one of which came from the Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island.  Full Adjunct Professor of business graduate level courses, Webster University San Antonio, adjunct faculty for Texas A & M San Antonio University and Palo Alto College, San Antonio.    President and CEO of N C Cabana Logistics LLC—a Texas corporation--specializing in education and training consulting services since 2009.  A community leader.  San Antonio SCORE mentor and  Vice Chair for several years for start-up business owners. One of the impetuses for passing Public Law 114-265 in 2016  to recognize World War II Filipino and American Veterans who served under United States Army Forces in the Pacific, for United States Congressional Gold (CGM)  Medal Award.  Serves as Deputy Director for Region 7 (TX, OK, LA, NM and AR) for the Filipino Veterans Recognition & Education Project--committed to recognizing eligible WW II Filipino and American Veterans for CGM.  Retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with 34+ years of distinguished service in logistics field. Founder and National Executive Director of the the US Ship Telesforo Trinidad Campaign, a 505 (c3) non-profit organization to petition a US Navy Combatant Ship honoring Sailor Telesforo Trinidad—a 1915 US Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. Made history when the Honorable Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro named a USS Telesforo Trinidad DDG 139 on May 19, 2022 during the Asian Pacific Islander American Heritage the month.  The first Filipino Sailor to receive such an honor after waiting 107 years. Married to the former Geraldine Ensign of Wichita Falls, Texas, for 46 years and is proud father of four children and grandfather of five grandchildren.
