Biography

About Myself :

• 5th year as an adjunct professor for various universities throughout the United States
• Fourth year at Texas A&M San Antontio
  
• Class instructed include Management Information Systems and Business Analytics

Education:

• Undergraduate degree from Oakland University - School of Business - MIS
• Graduate degree from Wayne State University - Masters in Business Administration (MBA) - Statistics / Operations Management

Technical: 

• Experience in a variety of business technical platforms and programming languages.
• Project Leader on several application development projects to support a variety of organizations (HR/ER, Marketing, Facilities, Manufacturing, Material Logistic Management).
• Expert in MicroSoft Office Platforms (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
• Expert in Qlik Sense application architecture and development.

Management / Leadership:

• Work full-time at the Chrysler Technology Center (CTC) in Michigan for Stellantis (FCA); World Class Facilities/General Services - Facilities Management (Material/Customer Services Manager)
• Manager for both union and professional staff 
• Manager for technical application staff.
• Experience in the training/coaching of team members to advance knowledge and skills.

Process Improvement:

• Proficient with several process improvement techniques and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge and implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM - LEAN Manufacturing) principles (pillar leadership).
• Familiarity with quality management concepts.
