Monica Molina-Rodriguez has over 19 years of experience in the criminal justice field, having served with the Bexar County Community Supervision and Corrections Department. Her extensive background in community corrections provided her with firsthand insight into the complexities of the justice system and the importance of rehabilitation and accountability. She currently teaches full time with Alamo Colleges, where she is passionate about guiding students toward meaningful careers in criminal justice. Teaching has allowed her to focus on her family life while also mentoring and supporting students as they discover their professional paths.
