Biography

Julie is an adjunct professor at Texas A&M University-San Antonio, where she leverages her extensive background in kinesiology and personal training to enrich the academic experience of her students. With a Master’s in Science with an emphasis in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and a Bachelor’s in Science from UTSA, Julie combines academic knowledge with practical expertise.

As a personal trainer specializing in weight loss and muscle gain for women, Julie has been dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals for over four years. She is the CEO of JulieFitness, her own personal training business, where she empowers women to transform their health and fitness.

In addition to her professional achievements, Julie is a devoted mother to a 3-year-old and a supportive wife. Her passion for fitness is complemented by her competitive spirit, having participated in four bodybuilding shows.
