John Scott began teaching at Texas A&M University - San Antonio in the fall of 2017. Here he has taught College Algebra, Mathematics for Business and Social Sciences I & II, and Calculus II. He graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and continued his studies at Purdue University, where he earned a Master of Science in Mathematics. At Purdue he worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Lecturer for three years. John has also taught for five years as an instructor at a local learning center, teaching mathematics to students in elementary, middle, and high school.
